Job summary

Orange EV is seeking a Senior Embedded Software Validation Engineer to validate vehicle control software across multiple subsystems. The role emphasizes structured testing strategies, simulation, and on-site hands‑on validation at the Kansas facility.

You’ll work with software, hardware, and systems teams to ensure reliability, performance, and safe operation of charging, propulsion, and communication interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronic or Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience with embedded systems.
• Experience with vehicle interfaces such as CAN, Ethernet.
• Familiarity with HIL testing is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Validate embedded vehicle control software through functional testing and validation.
• Develop test cases, procedures, and validation documentation.
• Troubleshoot software issues and support production as needed.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, and systems teams for integration.
