Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee complex electrical/industrial projects and lead project teams. This remote role requires coordinating with clients, planning budgets, and managing scope, cost, and schedule across installations of EV charging stations.

Limited travel around the Southeast is expected. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in PM/engineering/construction management, with experience in project plans, cost control, and permitting processes.

Qualifications

• Education: BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience Project Management, engineering, or construction management.
• Electrical project experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Value Engineer the project by identifying opportunities for savings and substitutions.
• Communicate with and manage project stakeholders.
• Prepare Project Management plan and fee budget/proposal at project outset.
• Evaluate documents and communicate client goals to project team.
