Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as automotive Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of European automotive maintenance and repair services.
• Ability to sell repair and maintenance services while building long-term customer relationships.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales, gross profit, ARO, and CSI goals.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
• Strong attention to detail with multiple repair orders and priorities.
• Comfortable communicating technical information to customers clearly.
• Experience with automotive service software; Tekmetric preferred.
• Comfortable using computers, POS systems, financing platforms, and online parts ordering.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Professional appearance and a customer-first mindset.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to maintain insurability.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Performance: meet goals for close ratios, ARO, CSI, and gross profit.
• Customer Experience: warmly welcome customers and clearly present recommendations.
• Repair Order Management: build accurate estimates including labor and parts.
• Technical Communication: translate findings for customers and coordinate with techs.
• Communication: provide proactive updates on repair progress and costs.
• Parts & Repair Coordination: ensure parts orders stay on schedule.
• Warranty & Service Contracts: verify coverage and communicate details.
• Payments & Financing: calculate payments and assist with financing options.
• Technology & Systems: become proficient in Tekmetric and related tools.
• Operational Excellence: maintain organized orders and professional workflow.
• Teamwork & Accountability: collaborate to keep vehicles moving efficiently.
