Euromotive Performance in Pompano Beach, FL seeks an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for our European specialty shop. This is not an entry-level role; you will confidently manage customers, technicians, estimates, parts, workflow, and follow-up from intake to delivery.

We service European makes including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Land Rover, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, MINI, Volkswagen, Volvo, Maserati, McLaren, and more.

• Experience in automotive service is required.

Experienced Automotive Service Advisor – European Vehicles

Euromotive Performance – Pompano Beach, FL

Euromotive Performance is looking for an experienced, professional Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing European automotive repair facility in Pompano Beach.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already understands how a professional automotive service department operates and can confidently manage customers, technicians, estimates, parts, workflow, and follow-up from the initial appointment through vehicle delivery.

We specialize in European vehicles including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Land Rover/Range Rover, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, MINI, Volkswagen, Volvo, Maserati, McLaren, and other European makes.

What We’re Looking For

The right candidate is organized, technically knowledgeable, proactive, professional with customers, and comfortable selling necessary repairs and maintenance without using high-pressure tactics.

You must be able to communicate technical information in a way customers can understand while also communicating effectively with experienced European automotive technicians.

The Person We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their position.

You shouldn’t need to be reminded to call a customer, check on a part, follow up on an estimate, or find out why a vehicle hasn’t moved through the shop.

We want someone who is proactive, pays attention to detail, communicates well, and understands that excellent customer service and strong sales come from building trust and providing accurate information.
