• Familiarity with domestic and European vehicles; Tekmetric experience.
• Spanish-English bilingual communication preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and present accurate repair estimates, explain maintenance recommendations, and obtain customer authorizations.

• Order, receive, track, and allocate parts to repair orders, ensuring technicians have parts.
• Coordinate daily shop workflow, assign and prioritize vehicles, and communicate with technicians.

• Manage approximately 5–10 vehicles daily while aiming for an AR0 of at least $1,100.
• Monitor KPIs, closed labor hours, and repair-order progress with shop leadership.

Firos Auto House 2 LLC is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in Denver, Colorado.

With two nearby locations servicing domestic and European vehicles, the shop focuses on helping customers understand their vehicle's needs and making repair recommendations that align with their priorities.

The team uses Tekmetric and digital vehicle inspections (DVIs) to manage repair orders and communicate recommendations. Continuing education is a major priority, with at least 20 hours of annual training required and training opportunities provided.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Service Advisor who enjoys customer interaction, automotive sales, and actively coordinating shop operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer intake, vehicle write-ups, repair orders, and customer follow-ups from initial contact through vehicle delivery.
• Prepare and present accurate repair estimates, explain maintenance recommendations, and obtain customer authorizations.
• Use digital vehicle inspections (DVIs) to communicate vehicle conditions, explain recommended repairs, and support automotive service sales.
• Order, receive, track, and allocate parts to repair orders, ensuring technicians have the necessary parts to complete assigned work.
• Coordinate daily shop workflow, assign and prioritize vehicles, and communicate directly with technicians to keep repairs moving.
• Communicate with customers through phone calls, text messages, and email, providing timely updates on repair status.
• Manage approximately 5–10 vehicles daily while working toward an average repair order (ARO) target of at least $1,100.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), closed labor hours, and repair-order progress while collaborating with shop leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of automotive service advising experience; candidates with 3–6 years of experience are especially encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance, repair processes, service estimating, and repair-order management.
• Experience using digital vehicle inspections (DVIs) to present and explain repair recommendations.
• Ability to coordinate technicians, manage parts ordering, prioritize workflow, and proactively resolve repair-order delays.
• Strong customer communication, automotive sales, and follow‑up skills.
• Familiarity with domestic and European vehicles; experience using Tekmetric is relevant to the shop's operations.
• Spanish-English bilingual communication is strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Structure: Salary plus performance-based commission.
• Earning Potential: Estimated $70,000–$95,000 annually, including commission. Actual earnings depend on performance and are not guaranteed.
