Job summary

T. Rowe Price is seeking a Senior System Administrator - End User Compute (EUC) to engineer, operate, and enhance the enterprise endpoint environment. You will partner with senior admins to deliver secure, reliable, and modern end-user computing across Windows, macOS, and cloud-based platforms.

You will drive endpoint modernization, automate via PowerShell, and support security controls in collaboration with Security teams. The role supports hybrid work and is based in Maryland.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise endpoint environments.
• Strong experience administering Windows endpoint platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, WDAC, and PowerShell.
• Experience supporting endpoint security and compliance programs.
• Experience with operating system deployment, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to independently manage technical assignments with limited oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise endpoint management platforms.
• Engineer, deploy, and maintain endpoint technologies across the enterprise fleet.
• Support Windows, macOS, virtual desktop, and cloud-based endpoint platforms.
• Support OS lifecycle activities including deployments, upgrades, patching, and decommissioning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint issues; participate in root cause analysis.
