Ulta Beauty is seeking a Senior Engineer - End User Services to design, implement, and automate endpoint management across Windows and MacOS in a hybrid environment at our corporate HQ, distribution centers, and retail locations. You will drive technical standards, automation via PowerShell and Graph APIs, and ensure security, testing, and operational excellence.

The role requires 5+ years in enterprise EUS, deep Microsoft 365 expertise, and collaboration across Security, Identity, and IT teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of enterprise end-user computing or endpoint engineering experience.
• Experience leading incident resolution, root cause analysis, and change implementation.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Intune in large distributed environments.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills with REST APIs.

Aufgaben

• Design and administer Microsoft Intune for Windows endpoints, including enrollment and policy configuration.
• Partner with Security and Identity teams on Entra ID and endpoint controls.
• Deliver design and support for Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Lead project responsibilities to migrate on-prem Exchange to the cloud.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Graph APIs, and orchestration tools.
• Create runbooks, documentation, dashboards, and monitoring.
• Ensure solutions meet architecture, security, privacy, and DR requirements.
• Plan production changes with testing, backout plans, and change freezes.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis while preserving security.
