Job summary

Agility Partners in Charlotte, NC is seeking an End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to support and enhance its end-user technology environment. You will focus on endpoint management, troubleshooting, virtual desktops, security, and delivering a reliable experience across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MECM/SCCM and Microsoft Intune, strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365, and experience with Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with MECM/SCCM and Microsoft Intune.
• Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Exposure to AVD/VDI environments.
• Knowledge of Exchange Online and/or Exchange On-Premises.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Comfortable working across multiple areas of EUC.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and interested in continuing to grow within modern workplace technologies.

Responsibilities
