Job summary

GR8 People, Inc. is seeking a Lead Desktop Engineer - EUC to serve as a senior technical leader responsible for engineering, administration, and security of the enterprise endpoint environment.

You will mentor engineers, drive platform modernization, and lead large-scale deployments across Windows and macOS, cloud PCs, VDI, and modern device management, ensuring reliability and strong security. This is a hybrid role with up to three days remote work.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience engineering enterprise endpoint environments.
• Experience with Intune, MECM/SCCM, Entra ID and JamfPro.
• Strong PowerShell and automation skills.
• Experience leading deployments and platform modernization.
• Excellent communication and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership for end-user compute platforms.
• Design, implement, and administer enterprise endpoint solutions.
• Develop and enforce engineering standards and procedures.
• Mentor Desktop Engineers and lead complex initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-team activities for deployments.
• Ensure security and regulatory alignment of endpoints.
