Job summary
Hitachi Energy is seeking a Senior ETRM Presales Consultant to shape the future of energy trading and risk management. In a highly visible, customer-facing role, you will advise utilities, generators, retailers, and trading organizations on how our ETRM solutions address operational, risk, and regulatory challenges across the energy value chain.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 10+ years of enterprise software presales experience.
- 10+ years in the power and/or natural gas industries.
- Minimum 2 years direct experience with ETRM software.
- Strong ability to deliver executive-level presentations and workshops.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery sessions to understand objectives and requirements.
- Translate needs into solution architectures and workflows.
- Design and deliver engaging demonstrations tailored to priorities.
- Partner with Account Executives to support strategic opportunities.
- Support RFI/RFP responses with technical and functional expertise.
- Serve as SME in energy trading, risk management, and regulatory reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product strategy.
- Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations.
