Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced ETRM Project Manager to drive end-to-end implementation of a modern Energy Trading & Risk Management platform. You will coordinate trading, risk, operations, finance, and technology teams, overseeing governance, planning, integrations, data migration, testing and go-live activities.

The role requires 10+ years of PM experience, strong ETRM exposure, and a track record of delivering complex energy/commodities programs within regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Management experience delivering complex technology programs.
• Experience leading ETRM implementations, migrations, upgrades, or platform transformations.
• Strong understanding of commodity trading processes and end-to-end trade lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of an ETRM platform implementation within scope, schedule, budget and quality goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Trading, Risk, Operations, Finance, IT and vendors.
• Own governance, planning, budgeting, executive reporting, and risk/issue resolution.
• Drive requirements gathering, design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing and deployment.
• Manage dependencies and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
• Lead UAT, cutover planning, go-live activities and hypercare support.
• Support change management and business readiness for new processes and tech.
• Provide updates and recommendations to executive sponsors.
