Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a senior program manager to lead ETRM implementation programs across front-office, risk, physical operations, and back-office across global client engagements.

You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional teams while ensuring regulatory alignment and timely delivery. The role requires deep domain knowledge in energy trading technology, risk metrics, and integration with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in energy trading technology, ETRM implementation, or commodity risk management.
• Proven track record delivering full-lifecycle ETRM implementations across front-office, risk, physical operations and back-office.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience with regulatory reporting (e.g., Dodd-Frank, EMIR, MiFID II) and hedge accounting.
• MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead ETRM program planning and delivery across multi-workstream initiatives (front-office, risk, logistics, IT).
• Manage program budgets, vendor contracts, and resource plans.
• Oversee regulatory reporting, market data, and risk analytics including VaR and Greeks.
• Coordinate go-live cutover planning, change management, and executive reporting.
