Citigroup Inc. in Tampa, FL seeks an Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst to contribute to the analysis and programming of new or revised systems. You will work with the Technology team to implement solutions meeting business needs and user requirements.

Responsibilities include feasibility studies, cost estimates, planning, risk assessment, and coordinating development across all phases, while providing user support and mentoring junior analysts.

Formación

• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
• Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk assessment, and establish/revise applications to meet business needs.
• Monitor and control all phases of development, design, construction, testing, and implementation; provide user support.
• Analyze complex problems, evaluate processes against standards, and offer solutions.
• Recommend and develop security measures post-implementation to ensure system integrity.
• Consult with users and tech groups on issues and propose advanced programming solutions.
