The role focuses on procuring profitable work, guiding technical and administrative efforts, and driving the bid process from start to finish. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years in construction/engineering with underground specialization.
• 5+ years supervising teams.
• Strong experience bidding underground projects (wet & dry).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review estimates and bid packages.
• Lead estimating team and coordinate with Business Development and clients.
• Manage bid schedules and processes.
• Support contract negotiations and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate across offices to standardize estimating practices.
