The role leads bid efforts across major infrastructure projects in the NY-NJ-CT corridor, conducting thorough bid document analyses, defining work scopes, and delivering detailed cost estimates using HCSS and related tools. The position requires strong market knowledge of the greater NY, NJ, and CT construction markets, plus excellent communication and organizational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering or construction management.
• Ability to estimate and price for multiple bids at one time.
• Strong understanding of the greater NY, NJ, and CT construction markets.
• Proficient in HCSS, Excel, and WORD.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, AGTEK on-screen takeoff, and ISQFT.
