Yonkers Contracting Company, Inc. in the New York metropolitan area is seeking a Senior Estimator with a minimum of 10 years of civil construction experience. You will lead bid preparation for major infrastructure projects across NY, NJ and CT.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with HCSS, Excel and on‑screen takeoff tools, and the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously while coordinating with subcontractors and design teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering or construction management required.
• Ability to estimate and price for multiple bids simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of the NY, NJ, and CT construction markets.
• Proficiency with HCSS, Excel, Word; knowledge of AutoCAD/AGTEK/ISQFT is a plus.

• Proficient in HCSS, Excel, and WORD
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, AGTEK on-screen takeoff, and ISQFT
