BELFOR is seeking a Senior Estimator in California to create and manage estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial projects using Xactimate, meeting budgets and timelines.

The role requires 3+ years in estimating, strong client liaison skills, and proficiency with Xactimate and BELFOR standards.

You will coordinate with trades, review budgets, maintain safety and compliance, and participate in BELFOR University training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Construction, Restoration or Contents Estimating
• Residential estimating up to $50,000 and Commercial up to $100,000
• Certification in BELFOR Estimating Platform Level 1 & 2 and Xactimate training

Responsibilities

• Create accurate scopes with minimal over/under scopes
• Produce floor plans and roof sketches in Xactimate Sketch
• Maintain budgets and communicate progress with clients and management
• Coordinate after-hours emergency services as directed
• Maintain vehicle safety inspections and complete incident reporting
• Demonstrate proficiency with decontamination and restoration processes
