Job summary

BELFOR USA Group, Inc is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead the creation and management of estimates across residential, commercial and industrial lines. You will meet with clients, develop competitive estimates using Xactimate, manage work through completion and communicate progress with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Construction, Restoration or Contents Estimating
• Residential estimating >$50,000 and Commercial estimating up to $100,000
• Successful completion of BELFOR Estimating Platform Level 1 & 2
• Successful completion of Xactimate Intermediate training class

Responsibilities

• Create accurate scopes with minimal variance
• Create floor plans and multi-level/roof sketches in Xactimate Sketch
• Adhere to BELFOR naming conventions for estimates and proposals
• Maintain schedules and coordinate with trades to meet deadlines
• Demonstrate proficiency in decontamination and mitigation techniques
• Attend BELFOR training for continued certification readiness
• Independent time-management and vehicle maintenance
• Report incidents and uphold safety standards
