Job summary

BELFOR USA Group, Inc is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead complex estimates across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Construction, Restoration or Contents Estimating.
• Residential estimating >$50,000 and Commercial up to $100,000.
• Completed BELFOR Estimating Platform Levels 1 and 2 (user).
• Completed Xactimate Intermediate training.
• National rate and material invoicing experience.
• English literacy and fluency.
• Knowledge of MSDS data sheets and applicability to jobs.
• Use BELFOR estimate format standards for Xactimate estimates and proposals.
• Extensive customer service experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with Xactimate.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate scopes with minimal over/under scopes.
• Produce floor plans and roof sketches in Xactimate Sketch.
• Engage with clients to develop competitive estimates.
• Manage estimates through completion and communicate progress.
• Review budgets and address overages.
• Ensure compliance with BELFOR naming conventions.
• Maintain schedules and coordinate with trades to meet timelines.
• Demonstrate proficiency in decontamination and demolition related tasks.
• Participate in BELFOR University training for certifications.
• Independently manage own workload and keep vehicles maintained.
