Job summary

Lemartec is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead estimating activities on multiple projects, including pre-bid duties, bid management, vendor databases, and cost databases. The role requires understanding of P&ID, PFD, design drawings, and risk assessment across markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of estimating on construction projects.
• Minimum of 5 years estimating data center projects.
• 3 years experience working on design of data centers preferred.
• LEED AP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete quantity take-offs, ensuring all items incorporated in the assigned scopes and priced.
• Interpret project documents to prepare clear, complete and competitive estimates, general conditions, and bid.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate with design teams to meet stated goals and deadlines.
• Provide risk and cost analysis on estimates and establish bid assumptions for submission.
• Collaborate closely with Lemartec’s Building Systems on all related metal building pricing efforts.
