Aufgaben

• Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and competitive bids for new projects.
• Attend pre-bid meetings, complete prequalification requirements, and coordinate bonding as needed.
• Develop new customer relationships and business opportunities.
• Establish project budgets and maintain job files.
• Work closely with superintendents to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage change orders and monitor project costs and profitability.
