Job summary

Arrow Construction is seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager with a strong background in paving, grading, and wet/dry utility construction. You will prepare accurate bids, develop new business opportunities, and oversee projects from estimating through completion.

The role requires at least 5 years of heavy civil construction experience, excellent reading of plans and bid documents, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while keeping projects on time and

Responsibilities
