Job summary

gpac's client, a Civil Construction Company, is seeking an experienced Civil Estimator to join its team in Fort Myers, FL. The ideal candidate will estimate roadways, sitework, earthwork, underground utilities and paving projects, with a proven record of accurate quantity takeoffs and pricing.

You will develop estimates for materials, labor, equipment and time, understand project logistics and schedules, and utilize HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Agtek or B2W (or learn them quickly).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Civil Estimating.
• Experience developing estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and time.
• Prepare quantity takeoffs and materials pricing.

• Understand project logistics and project schedule
• Experience with HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Agtek or B2W preferred (or ability to learn)
