Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Civil Estimator to join a Civil Construction Company in Miami. You will develop estimates for roadways, sitework, earthwork, underground utilities and paving, with a focus on accurate quantity takeoffs and pricing.

Candidates should have 5+ years in civil estimating, a track record of stable employment, and familiarity with HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Agtek or B2W (or the ability to learn). Relocation assistance is available.

• 5+ years of experience with a stable work history in Civil Estimating.
• Develop estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and time requirements.
• Prepare or oversee accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing.
• Understand project logistics and project schedule.
• Experience with HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Agtek or B2W preferred (or ability to learn).
