Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Experience on commercial/public-sector projects (educational, municipal, healthcare or government facilities).
• Procore and On-Screen Takeoff proficiency.
• Strong procurement and subcontractor outreach experience.
• Ability to submit competitive bids and proposals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with general contractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Solicit pricing from subcontractors and vendors and develop bid proposals.
• Analyze plans, specifications, and project requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Support procurement activities and project operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve bid competitiveness and win new work.
• Collaborate with project management during preconstruction.
• Communicate project scope, risks, and opportunities clearly.
• Utilize Procore and On-Screen Takeoff for estimating.
