Sundt Construction in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior Estimator to operate with minimal oversight on preconstruction teams. You will be the primary contact with design teams and owners, capable of leading all project delivery methods and executing basic to advanced estimating functions.

Ideal candidates bring ten+ years in estimating, a four-year engineering degree, and proficiency in MS Office. LEED accreditation and DBIA certification are preferred; strong mentorship to junior staff is

Qualificações

• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and related experience.
• Ten+ years of experience in an estimating role.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Experience as prime point of contact with minimal oversight for project teams.

Responsabilidades

• Capably performs basic estimating functions including quantity takeoff, pricing development for all trade work, and abstracting.
• Develops conceptual estimates for review by senior personnel.
• Leads preparation of estimating documents/deliverables with minimal oversight.
• Performs advanced estimating tasks for hard bid pursuits and constructability reviews.
• Provides coordination with operations to ensure feasible plans (schedule, logistics, staffing).
• Provides cost feedback to design team regarding cost and constructability.
