Jobot is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead the pre-construction process in Lexington, SC. You will prepare cost estimates, conduct pre-bid sessions, and format RFPs to support project success.

Requirements include 5+ years in construction, experience with base building and interior projects, and proficiency in BlueBeam. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for collaboration with clients and architects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in construction
• Experience in pre-construction incl. pre-bid sessions and RFPs
• Proficiency in BlueBeam or equivalent
• Base building and interior project experience
• Strong analytical and detail orientation
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders
• Degree in construction management or engineering advantageous

Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-construction process including pre-bid sessions and RFP preparation
• Use BlueBeam to review plans and specs
• Collaborate with PMs, architects, and clients on estimates
• Leverage base building and interior project experience for accurate estimates
• Review and optimize cost estimates for accuracy
• Participate in contract negotiation and awards
• Stay current with industry trends and construction tech
