Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or minimum five years related experience or training.
• Must possess basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet and e-mail applications; may require estimating software.
• Energetic, self-motivated, team-oriented with a passion for collaboration and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Review data and drawings to determine material and labor requirements and prepares itemized lists of cost estimates.
• Evaluate multiple proposals for multiple trades to formulate bid analysis for subcontractors and awards.
• Computes cost factors and prepares estimates for planning, organizing, scheduling work, bids, change orders, and vendor/subcontractor agreements.
• Conducts special studies to develop standard hour and related cost data or cost reductions.
• Develop and deliver presentations internally and externally with customers.
• Understand all divisions of work and extract information to develop a Request for Proposal.
• Provide conceptual estimates and project scope from limited customer information within 24 hours.
• Other duties may be assigned.
