Job summary

Trifecta Services Company in North Carolina seeks an Estimator / Project Manager for demolition and environmental remediation to lead projects from pre-bid through closeout.

Responsibilities include bidding, budgeting, scheduling, team coordination, and client relationship management. Travel throughout the Southeast is required, with a focus on delivering safe, profitable projects while growing our regional presence. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of estimating, PM, or combined experience in demolition, environmental remediation, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of estimating, budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and cost control.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently and building client relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating/project management software (Bluebeam/Procore).

Responsibilities

• Attend bid walks, site visits, and pre-bid meetings to gather project information.
• Review drawings, specs, and bid documents to develop accurate estimates.
• Prepare labor, equipment, subcontractor, and material pricing.
• Develop proposals, budgets, and responses to RFPs.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, GC, engineers, and partners.
• Identify opportunities and participate in business development activities.
• Manage demolition and environmental projects from award through closeout.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and procurement strategies.
• Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and internal resources.
• Monitor project costs, production, profitability, and schedule performance.
• Manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout packages.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Estimating, Operations, Safety, Accounting, and Leadership.
