Job summary

EIS Holding seeks an estimator/project manager with experience in the environmental remediation and demolition industry to help us grow in the Mid-Atlantic Region. The right candidate will have strong track record of securing and fostering strong relationships in the commercial construction space and safely, effectively managing profitable projects across our lines of business.

Seek out and bid on projects, manage overall performance, and supervise activities to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must have asbestos supervision certification and related licenses.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid certifications are a plus.
• Experience in construction, demolition, or environmental remediation is required.

Responsibilities

• Bid on projects typical of the Company’s lines and establish client relationships.
• Build and nurture relationships with consultants, contractors, government agencies, and others to win work.
• Provide overall project management from start to finish and ensure safety, teamwork, and quality.
• Walk projects, prepare bids, and handle pre-/post-project documentation.
• Attend pre-bid and progress meetings and collect required project information.
• Support other offices by taking on projects originated elsewhere.
