Job summary

Roers Companies is seeking an experienced Estimator to lead preconstruction pricing, coordinate with architects, engineers, and multiple subs, and deliver accurate budgets prior to construction. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex scopes across multifamily projects.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of estimating or project management in multifamily residential construction, deep knowledge of current building practices, and proficiency with Excel,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 5+ years estimating/PM experience in multifamily residential new building construction.
• Proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Outlook; experience with MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects/engineers to value engineer and streamline bidding.
• Prepare bids and cost estimates covering all project aspects.
• Evaluate subcontractor/supplier quotes and provide cost-saving alternatives.
• Lead estimating efforts with minimal supervision and coordinate with project teams.
