The ideal candidate has 3 years of estimating experience in ground-up multifamily construction, a bachelor's degree in Construction Management (preferred), and proficiency with estimating software.

This role is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for large-scale multifamily developments. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of construction materials, methods, and cost structures, with a proven track record in estimating ground-up multifamily projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive estimates for ground-up multifamily projects, including material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Review architectural and engineering plans, specifications, and bid documents to ensure accuracy.
• Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
