The role requires coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver accurate preconstruction pricing and thorough budgets.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of estimating and/or project management in multifamily construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• Experience with value engineering and cost-saving design decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with architects and engineers to value engineer cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare bids and cost estimates for all project aspects.
• Evaluate alternates on specifications to provide owner savings.
• Conduct site visits to gather scope information.
• Work with owners representatives to meet project goals in contracting.
• Perform takeoffs and develop estimates from conceptual to detailed.
• Lead estimating efforts with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with staff to set project scope and standards.
