Job summary

KPRS Construction Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team and support the estimating function for major multi-family projects. You will evaluate project specifications and drawings to prepare detailed estimates and an Opinion of Probable Cost.

This role requires five or more years in multi-family construction, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Bluebeam, Excel, AutoCAD, and take-off software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in multi-family construction or related field, or a degree in CM/CE.
• Certifications in estimating or PM are a plus.
• Proficient with take-off software and MS Office; strong knowledge of trades and materials.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work.
• Analyze proposals to determine costs and prepare detailed estimates.
• Communicate with project team to clarify project details.
• Identify cost-saving measures and propose alternatives to clients.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits.
• Collaborate with other departments and support project managers during construction.
• Work independently on multi-family projects.
