Job summary

Manhattan Construction Group in Tulsa, OK, seeks a Senior Estimator focused on MCC standards and all preconstruction activities. You will compile estimates and drive deliverables to budget, collaborating with design teams and clients to ensure alignment with project goals.

You must demonstrate strong communication, ownership of work, and experience with BIM, takeoffs, and subcontractor pricing. Lead bid strategies and ensure coverage across all scopes of work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering or equivalent.
• Eight years of industry experience required.
• Experience with BIM and subcontractor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Establish work teams and lead client meetings.
• Solicit vendors and develop bid strategies.
• Utilize BIM for quantity take-offs.
• Prepare estimates and pricing summaries.
• Review tab sheets and subcontractor lists.
• Help negotiate subcontracts and purchasing.
• Support job cost budgeting and turnover meetings.
• Ensure compliance with MCC standards.
