The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Engineering with 8+ years of experience, strong math skills, and proficiency in Autodesk software and estimation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Engineering or related field.
• 8 years of industry experience.
• Proficiency with BIM/Estimation tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish work teams and assign tasks.
• Attend client meetings and solicit vendors.
• Develop bid strategies and pricing.
• Lead take-offs and ensure scope coverage.
• Coordinate with operations and preconstruction teams.
• Lead tab sheet reviews and value management.
