Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Estimator to join our Data Center team in the United States. You will develop and manage cost estimates from concept through detailed design across multiple regions, focusing on CSAL scopes.

You will present cost plans, coordinate staff, review design changes, and support cost model trends. The role requires strong communication, analytics, and stakeholder management, with on-site presence as needed and a competitive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in construction cost management.
• Experience providing conceptual estimating and pre-construction services.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost plans and estimates from concept through design across multiple regions.
• Deliver and present updated cost plans at design milestones.
• Coordinate and supervise work of support staff and estimating teams.
• Review design changes and prepare estimates within accuracy levels.
• Support training on new estimating tools/templates and client presentations.
