Williams Plumbing in Belgrade, MT seeks a Senior Estimator to lead the development of accurate, competitive cost estimates for large and complex mechanical and plumbing projects. You’ll shape bid strategy, mentor team members, and ensure consistency and quality across estimating efforts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of estimating experience leading large mechanical/plumbing bids.
• Expert knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems and costs.
• Ability to own and deliver full-scope estimates for high-value projects.
• Strong skill in interpreting drawings, specs and contracts.
• Experience leading bid strategy, subcontractor negotiations and pricing.
• Proven leadership guiding estimators and setting team standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and final validation of complex estimates across scopes.
• Lead bid strategy and risk assessment with Estimating Manager.
• Analyze documents to identify scope gaps, risks, and costs.
• Direct vendor and subcontractor strategy, negotiations, and buyout.
• Own final estimate development including labor, materials, overhead.
• Mentor estimators and drive process improvements.
