Job summary

Williams is seeking an Estimator to help prepare accurate and competitive bids for large-scale mechanical and plumbing projects in Montana. You will analyze project documents, perform take-offs, and develop precise cost breakdowns to win proposals and secure work.

You will collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams, manage bid schedules, and maintain organized databases and pricing structures for efficient estimating.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating experience in mechanical systems, plumbing, or HVAC.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical materials, installation methods, and cost analysis.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, specifications, and relevant industry codes.
• Experience with estimating software, spreadsheets, and vendor coordination.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and time management skills.
