Williams is seeking an Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive bids for large-scale mechanical and plumbing projects in Montana. You’ll analyze project documents, perform take-offs, and collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to align scope, budget, and requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating experience in mechanical systems, plumbing, or HVAC.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical materials, installation methods, and cost analysis.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, specifications, and relevant industry codes.
• Experience with estimating software, spreadsheets, and vendor coordination.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and time management skills.
