Job summary

Williams Plumbing in Belgrade, MT is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale mechanical construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and quality standards while supporting Montana's outdoor lifestyle.

You will oversee planning, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and coordination with clients, vendors and internal teams. 8–10 years' experience, Procore/Spectrum/MS Office proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 8–10 years of mechanical project management.
• Proficient in Procore, Spectrum, Microsoft Office and reading mechanical/plumbing plans.
• OSHA 10 certified (or willing to obtain within six months).

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of mechanical projects from planning and scheduling to budgeting and execution.
• Build and mentor high‑performing teams; liaison with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Identify, mitigate risks; manage change orders and documentation; ensure compliance.
• Create and maintain project schedules; monitor resources, quality, safety, and milestones.
• Develop and manage budgets, oversee progress billings, and ensure profitability.
