Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating experience in mechanical systems, plumbing, or HVAC.
• Strong knowledge of materials, installation methods, and cost analysis.
• Proficiency reading blueprints, specifications, and codes.
• Experience with estimating software, spreadsheets, and vendor coordination.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Estimate projects by analyzing documents, take-offs, and cost breakdowns.
• Bid schedules, solicit pricing, and prepare competitive proposals.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams on scope and budget.
• Maintain organized folders and pricing structures for efficient estimating.
