Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction estimating.
• Proficient in analyzing and estimating costs for construction materials and labor.
• Experience in leading and training estimating teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of accurate competitive cost estimates.
• Coordinate team efforts for bidding processes.
• Communicate effectively with clients and industry partners.

Skills

Expert knowledge of IPC, IMC and IFC codes for Colorado

Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings

Knowledge of plumbing, mechanical piping, and HVAC systems

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in estimating software (Quick Pen)

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
