Job summary

MTech Mechanical is seeking an Estimator based in Westminster, CO, to provide detailed and accurate mechanical cost estimates for construction projects. The candidate should have 5-10 years of mechanical and/or plumbing experience with a strong background in estimating. Responsibilities include analyzing project specifications, consulting with stakeholders, and preparing comprehensive cost estimates. The position offers a salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, and others.

Qualifications

• Preferred 5-10 years of mechanical and/or plumbing experience with at least 5 years of estimating experience.
• Process piping take-off experience preferred.
• Field/trade experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mechanical cost estimates for construction projects.
• Consult with clients, vendors, and personnel to review project scope and estimates.
• Analyze blueprints and specifications to prepare costs.
