Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial mechanical estimating, preconstruction, or a related field.
• Ability to perform quantity takeoffs and prepare cost estimates.
• Physical ability to lift light materials and walk construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates for HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Review contract documents and perform quantity takeoffs.
• Gather and organize pricing data to support budgeting and proposals.

Skills

Understanding of commercial construction practices
