The ideal candidate has 5+ years estimating experience, strong Excel and Procore skills, and a meticulous, organized approach to schedules and pricing.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience estimating residential remodel projects.
• Strong reading of blueprints/plans.
• Proficiency with Procore and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Estimate and develop projects from concept through contract.
• Prepare comprehensive job packages and schedules.
• Support production teams with ongoing project work.
• Coordinate with vendors for pricing and availability.
