Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of general construction related experience, with a minimum of three years as an estimator for residential projects.
• Experience estimating projects in the $1-5M range is preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and project management tools.

Responsabilités

• Review project plans and specs; assess scope and costs.
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and material pricing.
• Solicit bids from subs and suppliers; perform post-bid buyouts.
