• Experience supporting complex, multi-phase projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating process for luxury residential projects from budgeting to final proposals.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and internal teams on scope and objectives.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and proposals analyzing plans, materials, labor, and subcontractor pricing.
• Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate pricing from subcontractors and vendors to ensure accurate budgets.
• Review drawings to identify requirements and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Develop value engineering options aligned with goals and budget.
