Job summary

ONC National is seeking a Senior Estimator to drive accurate cost assessments and detailed estimates for low voltage telecommunications projects. You will ensure successful delivery by aligning with divisions 26, 27 and 28, and by collaborating with project teams across PMs and engineers.

Requires a strong estimator background in telecom, with proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Accubid and related tools, plus a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as an estimator in low voltage telecommunications.
• Knowledge of divisions 26, 27 and 28, cabling and telecom infra.
• Strong estimating software proficiency: Procore, Bluebeam, Accubid, Premiere.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and budget projects by reviewing plans, specs and requirements.
• Prepare detailed labor, material and equipment estimates.
• Develop competitive bid proposals aligned with project goals.
• Analyze subcontractor and supplier proposals for competitiveness.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and stakeholders.
