Responsibilities

• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and design documents to determine scope of work.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and develop cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare bids and proposals, submit RFIs, and verify project costs.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project documentation.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate existing conditions.

This is a hands-on estimating role focused on reviewing drawings, performing takeoffs, and developing accurate project cost estimates. The estimator will collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and general contractors to prepare competitive bids and support project planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and design documents to determine scope of work.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and develop cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare bids and proposals, submit RFIs, and verify project costs.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, and subcontractors to align project scope and pricing.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project documentation.
• Conduct site visits as needed to evaluate existing conditions and material requirements.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing and explore value engineering opportunities.
• Assist with change order evaluations and update budgets as project scopes evolve.
